Please review our terms of service governing courier bookings, vehicle dispatch, transit liability, and delivery protocols.
Standard Carriage & Logistics Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the courier and delivery services provided by Geeroo (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to the customer (“you” or “the Client”). By booking a delivery, requesting a quote, or engaging our courier services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Geeroo provides dedicated same-day direct courier services with direct transit from point A to point B:
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all goods are securely packaged and properly labeled to withstand normal road transit conditions. Fragile, temperature-sensitive, or hazardous items must be clearly declared and documented prior to driver dispatch.
Unless explicitly agreed in advance in writing under specialized terms, we do not transport:
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Non-account customers must settle invoices prior to dispatch or upon delivery as agreed. Approved business account holders are subject to standard payment terms stated on invoices (typically 14 to 30 days).
If a booking is cancelled after a driver has already been dispatched or arrived at the collection address, a call-out charge or cancellation fee commensurate with driver mileage and time will apply. In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect address information or an unavailable recipient, redelivery or return charges will apply.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
